What Hermes PA accesses
When an account owner approves it, Hermes PA uses Google's APIs to read, label, archive and send Gmail messages and to read and change Google Calendar events for that account only.
How the data is used
- Data is used only to carry out tasks the account owner asks the assistant to do, such as summarising email, drafting replies and managing calendar events.
- Email is sent only on the account owner's instruction.
- Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
- Data is not used to train AI models. Content needed for a task is processed by the AI model provider that runs the assistant, under that provider's terms.
Storage
The Google sign-in token is stored on the account owner's own computer and is not shared. Hermes PA has no central server that stores Google data.
Revoking access
Access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Hermes PA's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
